CINDY HOPPE GALLERY - Liturgical

I combine the techniques I use in the wall hangings and the wearables to make my vestments. I usually work with other people who have specific thoughts about what a stole should speak to, but sometimes I am inspired by scripture, and always by nature. Vestments are abstract and allegorical at the same time and it is always a challenge to show our world and imply another.
