CINDY HOPPE GALLERY - Wearables

I sometimes find great wool that I want to integrate with a body, or will come across an interesting remnant that needs a new life. Sometimes a photograph sparks a pile of patchwork that turns into a jacket, vest or shawl or I find a luscious colour jumble in my stash and try to make sense of it. Leftovers from past projects will be the seeds of something new. Gwen Marston’s drive by guerrilla patchwork process and Kaffe Fassett’s gung ho approach to colour have been my inspirations.
